Facial harmonisation (harmonização facial) is not a single procedure. It's a personalised plan that combines two or more aesthetic treatments to restore proportion, definition and freshness — always respecting who you are.
The idea is simple: every face has its own geometry — the balance between forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, jawline and lips. Small changes with ageing, weight or genetics can quietly shift that balance. Facial harmonisation studies your face as a whole and corrects it point by point, so the final result feels like you, only more rested and refined.
In Eli's practice, a harmonisation plan usually combines hyaluronic-acid fillers (for cheeks, chin, jawline or lips), micro-dosed anti-wrinkle injections (to soften expression lines) and a bio-remodelling treatment such as Profhilo or skin boosters (for quality of the skin itself). Nothing is added just to add — every millilitre and every unit has a reason.
Everything starts with a full consultation. Eli maps your face in motion, listens to what bothers you, and designs a step-by-step plan — often spread across two or three visits — so results appear gradually and naturally. Is facial harmonisation the same as filler?
No. Filler is one tool. Harmonisation is a plan that may combine fillers, anti-wrinkle injections and bio-remodelling to rebalance the entire face — not to change it, but to bring it back into proportion.
Will I look different?
You'll look like yourself — rested, defined, refreshed. Eli's approach is intentionally subtle: friends notice you look well, not that you had 'work done'.
How many sessions does it take?
Most plans are delivered across 1 to 3 visits, spaced a few weeks apart. Doing it in stages allows adjustments and a much more natural evolution.
Can everything be reversed?
Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved if ever needed. Anti-wrinkle injections wear off naturally in 3–4 months. Profhilo and skin boosters are metabolised by the body over 4–6 months.
