Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes. Every new client begins with a private consultation so Eli can assess your skin, understand your goals and design a bespoke plan. Consultations are complimentary when booked alongside a treatment.
Which products and brands are used?
Only medical-grade, CE / MHRA compliant products from licensed UK suppliers — including Allergan (Juvéderm, Botox), Merz (Belotero, Profhilo), Teoxane and Galderma. Nothing else enters the room.
Is there any downtime after injectables?
Most treatments allow you to return to daily life immediately. Mild redness or small bruising can occur for 24–48 hours. Full aftercare guidance is provided in person and by email.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 9–18 months, and Profhilo up to 6 months. Eli will tailor a maintenance schedule to your skin.
Can I combine treatments in one visit?
Often, yes — many clients pair Profhilo with anti-wrinkle injections, or a vitamin shot with a facial. Combinations are decided together during your consultation.
How do I book, reschedule or cancel?
You can book online through the Book page, or contact Eli directly by WhatsApp or email. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.
