Booking & deposits

Appointments are confirmed once a deposit has been received. The deposit is deducted from the final treatment price on the day.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. Deposits are transferable once within 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations inside 24 hours, or non-attendance, mean the deposit is retained to cover the reserved appointment time.

Consultation & suitability

Every treatment begins with a consultation and a medical questionnaire. Treatment may be declined where it is not clinically appropriate, and this is always in your interest.

Clients must be 18 or over. Treatments are not carried out during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Results & aftercare

Aesthetic results vary between individuals. No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and a review appointment may be recommended.

Written aftercare is provided after every treatment. Following it closely is essential to your result and your safety.

Payment

Prices shown on this website are guide prices. The final price is confirmed in your consultation once your plan is agreed. Balance is payable on the day of treatment.
